Changes to California’s Proposition 65 warning regulations at the end of August will have a major impact on retailers, whether they have “brick and mortar” stores in California or sell on the Internet. In addition to new warning labels and online warnings required before purchase, the revised regulations may limit retailer liability under some circumstances. Please join us Wednesday, July 11 for a discussion of practical guidance and best practices for retailers on how best to comply with an updated Prop 65.
Time: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. PDT
Discussion Topics Include:
