Overview
Allison Jones represents developers, investors, REITs, and corporations in sophisticated real estate transactions and land use matters, with experience spanning acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, declarant rights, and development agreements. She also has substantial experience advising REITs on both the acquisition and disposition side.
Allison has guided large-scale projects across all market sectors, including mixed-use, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, and infrastructure. Her practice also covers zoning, entitlements, comprehensive planning, public-private partnerships (P3s), and property rights issues. In addition, she brings valuable experience in government relations, having successfully navigated complex state and federal regulatory frameworks.
A native of Central Florida, Allison has played a significant role in shaping the region’s growth through her work on transformative projects.
