Overview
Benjamin Ho represents clients in a wide variety of intellectual property matters. He has particular experience resolving patent litigation disputes in district court and in the International Trade Commission (ITC). In addition to his work on adversarial matters, Ben also has experience counseling clients on IP strategy and guiding them through the patent prosecution process. Ben has handled matters covering a broad range of technology including telecommunication networks, computer graphics, targeted advertising, mobile check deposits, and audio encoding.
Previously, Ben served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Margaret M. Mann at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California.
