Overview
Jacquelyn Pariseau advises clients in the chemicals, food and beverage, consumer products, cosmetics, and medical device industries. Her practice covers food contact and packaging materials regulations applicable to a wide range of products regulated by the FDA, USDA, and international regulatory bodies including those in Japan, the EU, and among individual EU member states. She is focused on assisting clients with establishing food contact compliance status through GRAS determinations, Food Contact Notifications (FCNs), and others.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Jacquelyn represented a variety of clients in the pharmaceutical industry to obtain patents in the US and abroad. She also assisted with the preparation of opinions of counsel including patentability, non-infringement, invalidity, and freedom-to-operate analyses. Her technical areas of expertise include molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, recombinant DNA technology, and therapeutic antibodies.
