Overview
Jade Jurdi focuses on defending consumer product distributors, manufacturers, and retailers from claims alleging violations of consumer protection statutes and regulations pertaining to consumer products. Jade has handled tens of consumer class action claims and hundreds of Proposition 65 claims for his clients.
Jade also regularly represents parties before California’s franchise board for auto dealers, the California New Motor Vehicle Board, and regularly handles litigation of business and franchise disputes involving auto dealers in state and federal court.
Jade's practice goes beyond litigation, as his extensive experience includes counseling clients on compliance with California's unique regulations such as California's Unfair Competition Law, California's Rigid Plastic Packaging Container Program, the Transparency in Supply Chains Act, and Proposition 65.
