Overview
Jeremy Stone focuses his practice on commercial litigation, representing parties in complex lawsuits, arbitrations and appeals. His experience extends to a wide array of practice areas and claims, including fraud, fraudulent transfer, breach of contract, officer and director liability, deceptive trade practices. among others. His cases have involved a broad range of industries including securities, energy, healthcare, real estate, and manufacturing and design, just to name a few. He also has substantial experience representing trustees and creditors in bankruptcy adversary proceedings.
From 2011 to 2022, Jeremy served on the State Bar of Texas's Pattern Jury Charge Committee for Business, Consumer, Insurance and Employment, which drafts pattern jury charges used by Texas courts and practitioners. He was the chair of the Fraud Subcommittee for most of the years he served on the committee.
