Overview
Lillian Wallace focuses her practice on patent litigation at the district court level. She has a background in biochemistry and represents clients across a wide range of life sciences technologies, including small molecule pharmaceuticals (Hatch-Waxman) and biotherapeutics (biologics).
Prior to joining Steptoe, Lillian worked at a leading Canadian law firm, where she was recognized by Managing IP as a "Rising Star" in Canada and by Best Lawyers Canada as "Ones to Watch for Intellectual Property Law."
