Overview
Prakriti Luthra focuses her practice on commercial litigation. She has experience litigating a wide range of matters including insurance, health-care, cryptocurrency, and breach of contract claims, with an emphasis on complex commercial disputes.
During law school, Prakriti served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable George B. Daniels, US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Prakriti also maintains an active pro bono docket and has done impact litigation for pro bono clients regarding LGBTQ+ issues, reproductive rights, and housing discrimination.
