Overview
Sally Brady is an experienced trade analyst who has worked extensively with analytical and economic techniques and is highly knowledgeable regarding the pressing international trade issues facing businesses today.
Sally’s international trade work has focused on preparing questionnaire responses, sales and cost of production databases, and exhibits for antidumping duty matters before the US Department of Commerce (DOC). Sally uses statistical programs, including SAS, Excel and SQL, and analytical methods to calculate expenses and create databases from disparate data sources. Working directly with clients, Sally's knowledge of the DOC’s data requirements helps her to guide clients throughout the antidumping questionnaire process.
Sally is also highly experienced with the methodology used by the DOC to calculate dumping margins in investigations and administrative reviews. Sally has worked with clients to monitor their sales in the US market and to forecast the margin in various scenarios.
Sally's antidumping experience includes work on steel, agricultural, industrial goods, and plastic products. Alongside attorneys, Sally's analytical work has helped to guide companies through complex scenarios including contract sales and date of sale issues, downstream affiliated reseller, third country market responses, and arguments for quarterly costs given rising input prices.
