Overview
Sara Morse focuses her practice on commercial litigation. She represents clients in both state and federal court in all aspects of litigation, including initial pleadings, discovery, dispositive motion practice, and trial.
Sara also maintains an active pro bono practice. During law school, she participated in USC Gould's Post-Conviction Justice Project, representing California life-term inmates at parole suitability and resentencing hearings and obtaining early paroles for clients who rehabilitated in prison.
