Overview
Stephen Neilson focuses his practice on energy and infrastructure matters. Stephen has broad experience advising clients on transactions, equity investments, divestitures, and corporate governance issues in the oil & gas, mining, and transportation sectors.
While earning his J.D. from Harvard Law School, Stephen served at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau – Housing & Family practice from 2022-2024, where he gained significant pro bono experience.
