Overview
Suzie Vardanyan focuses her practice on consumer litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis in defending financial institutions. She represents banks, digital payment companies, and credit card issuers in actions involving banking, privacy and consumer protection laws, including the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, as well as California's Unfair Competition Law.
Suzie's prior experience includes litigating unfair competition, business-related tort, breach of contract, employment, probate, and intellectual property cases for clients ranging from small businesses to public companies.
During law school, Suzie served as a judicial extern to the Honorable John A. Kronstadt, as well as the Patent Pilot Program in the US District Court for the Central District of California. She was also a Senior Note and Comment Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review.
Before attending law school, Suzie conducted scientific research on B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) as a prognostic marker for multiple myeloma and related hematologic cancers. The results of her research were published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and reflect the strong analytical foundation she brings to her legal work.
