Tim Yoo advises domestic and foreign companies and private equity investors on M&A and other corporate transactions. His experience spans sell-side and buy-side private equity deals, as well as cross-border transactions of various sizes.

In addition to his M&A work, Tim counsels clients on general corporate and governance matters and has skillfully negotiated and drafted a wide range of commercial agreements for clients in various industries, including manufacturing, technology, education, entertainment, and biopharma.

Tim has also represented multinational clients in complex joint ventures, such as advising a prominent telecommunications company on the establishment of a mobility joint venture with a global technology firm.

Furthermore, Tim is well-versed in advising multinational corporations on organizational restructurings and assisting clients with bankruptcy and restructuring-related transactions.
