Michael Green, Larry Kass, John Molenda, and Yun Zhang authored an article titled, "A Comprehensive Overview Of PTAB Trends For Biologics" for Law360. The article, published June 26, provides an in-depth review of biologics-related inter partes review petitions and post-grant review petitions and their resolution by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. As part of the review, the authors also identified a number of trends and correlated those trends to concurrent developments in the biopharma industry.
