Darren Abrahams, Indiana de Seze, and Blandine Gayral, all in the firm’s Brussels office, have authored an article titled "Article 95 and Beyond" as part of a regular column for Chemical Watch’s Biocides Hub. The September 9 article looks at what companies still need to do to be fully compliant with the Biocidal Product Regulation (BPR) after the September 1 deadline established for active substance and biocidal product suppliers to be on the BPR’s list of active substances. The Steptoe team provides guidance to both companies included on the Article 95 list and those who have not yet been successful in being included.
