Philip Woolfson and Alexander Hamels co-authored the Belgium chapter in the 8th edition of “The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Insurance & Reinsurance 2019.” The guide provides a comprehensive worldwide legal analysis of the laws and regulations of insurance and reinsurance with each chapter dedicated to providing an overview of issues in the highlighted jurisdiction.
