(March 24, 2026, San Francisco) Steptoe partner Cáitrín McKiernan has been named to the 2026 National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) Rising List. Now in its sixth year, the NAWL Rising List recognizes early-to mid-career attorneys committed to NAWL’s mission to provide leadership, a collective voice, and essential resources to advance women in the legal profession and advocate for women under the law.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Cáitrín is an innovative and trusted advisor to leading companies on matters of corporate compliance and internal investigations.
She is dedicated to fostering dialogue within the legal community. Cáitrín is the founder and host of The Steptoe Coffee Club for Women in Law, a long-running monthly gathering that facilitates discussions among legal luminaries before intentionally small audiences of in-house counsel.
