Case Management Lessons Learned from the Lone Pine Controversy in the Zimmer MDL

Steptoe partner Tony Hopp and associate David Cummings co-authored an article titled “Case Management Lessons Learned from the Lone Pine Controversy in the Zimmer MDL” for the Toxic and Hazardous Substance Litigation Committee Newsletter.  The article, published in the February newsletter of the International Association of Defense Counsel, discusses lessons learned from the Zimmer MDL for case management issues in general and Lone Pine orders in particular.  It provides several practice tips for obtaining such orders and making them effective.
