Chemical Watch quoted Carol Brophy in an article titled "Prop 65 Private Enforcement Action Targets Chemicals Found in Popular Exercise Bands." The article, published March 31, discusses the Center for Environmental Health (CEH)'s notification to nine major retailers that it intends to file suit over their alleged failure to warn consumers about the presence of two nitrosamines listed under California's Proposition 65 in rubber workout bands.
