Overview
Steptoe's Meredith Rathbone, in collaboration with Hena Schommer, Steptoe’s alumna, and now a global trade counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), co-authored a chapter titled "Export Controls in the United States" for Global Investigations Review's 3rd edition of "The Guide to Sanctions." In this chapter, the authors provide an overview of the US export controls regimes, with a focus on the Export Administration Regulations.
