Food Navigator quoted Anthony Anscombe in an article titled "Kellogg Latest to be Targeted in Glyphosate Residue Lawsuit, but Courts Not Proving Very Receptive, Says Attorneys." The article discusses a December 7 lawsuit filed against Kellogg in California in which the plaintiff argued that Kellogg had a duty to disclose the presence of glyphosate in its strawberry Nutrigrain bars and Cracklin’ Oat Bran oat cereal, but failed to do so.
Anscombe says, "There is no duty to disclose irrelevant information, and people who have no injury should not bring lawsuits."
