Jay is listed within the following categories: IP management consultancy, legal, and licensing. The IAM Strategy 300 identifies individuals who are leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies that enable intellectual property owners to maximize the value of their portfolios. The list is compiled through confidential nominations. The research process also includes interviews with senior members of the global IP community.
