Steptoe of counsel Jeff Pryce appeared on NTN-24, an international Spanish-language news network, to discuss President Obama’s imposition of sanctions against Russia and President Putin’s response. Mr. Pryce noted that Russian activities were not limited to gathering intelligence, but had crossed a line between espionage and sabotage, to which President Obama had responded.
