On his decision to move to Steptoe, Trace told Law360 he wanted to move his practice to Steptoe, in part because of the bench of attorneys there who work with financial markets issues, regulatory matters and more. He said he also felt like his practice was at the point where clients were looking to him, "to handle more and more cutting-edge issues," necessitating a deeper regulatory bench for his platform, like the one at Steptoe."
