Overview
Steptoe's Charley Mills co-authored an article titled "New Legal Guide on the Regulation of Digital Assets" for Business Law Today. The article, published April 25, discusses the ABA Derivatives and Futures Law Committee's extensive White Paper titled "Digital and Digitized Assets: Federal and State Jurisdictional Issues," which provides a comprehensive review of the complex web of federal and state statutes and precedents that have been applied to transactions in digital assets. Charley was the Chair of the ABA Working Group that prepared and published the White Paper as well as an editor and co-author of it.
