The September 2023 article discusses EO 14105 (Addressing United States Investments in Certain National Security Technologies and Products in Countries of Concern), which establishes a new regulatory regime that will prohibit, or require the notification of, certain investment activity by US persons involving China (including Macao and Hong Kong).
