Privacy vs. Public Safety: Prosecuting and Defending Criminal Cases in the Post-Snowden Era

Jason Weinstein, William Drake, and Nicholas Silverman authored the feature article for the Annual Survey of White Collar Crime, published by Georgetown University Law Center’s American Criminal Law Review.  The article, titled “Privacy vs. Public Safety: Prosecuting and Defending Criminal Cases in the Post-Snowden Era,” examines the impact that Snowden’s leaks about the NSA have had on the way prosecutors and defense lawyers handle criminal cases.
