SNL Financial quoted Marc Spitzer throughout an article titled “Former Commissioner: Bay’s Call for FERC Reform is ‘Musings’ of Outgoing Chair.” The article, published February 15, discusses former FERC Chairman Norman Bay's suggestion – made as he left the agency on February 3 – that the commission reassess the way it reviews natural gas pipelines and LNG export projects.
