The American Lawyer quoted New York partner Beth Tractenberg in an article titled “The Lawyers Behind the 0.1 Percent.” The article, published in the June print edition, discusses the renewed relevance of trusts & estates practices in Big Law.
Ms. Tractenberg, who brought her T&E practice to Steptoe in 2015, says that because of the personal nature of the client relationships, she needs to feel extremely comfortable with the partners that she refers clients to. "We're sort of an intimate practice. It's important to know who your partners are."
In March, Ms. Tractenberg was named to The National Law Journal’s inaugural list of Trailblazers in Divorce, Trusts & Estates.
