Steptoe’s Meredith Rathbone and Pete Jeydel authored an article titled “ United Nations Security Council Resolutions 2321, 2371, & 2375 ” for the American Society of International Law’s International Legal Materials Volume 56, Issue 6. The article explains why the United Nations has imposed potentially suffocating international economic sanctions on North Korea as concerns grow that North Korea’s nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programs are nearing the point of becoming an unacceptably dire threat to international peace and security.
