Steptoe partner Hunter Johnston authored an op-ed titled “What’s Next for Carbon Capture with Passage of 45Q Legislation?” for Morning Consult. The op-ed, published March 26, discusses the reform of Section 45Q of the Internal Revenue Code which provides the energy industry with a valuable incentive to capture carbon from industrial sources that would otherwise be emitted into the atmosphere.
