On January 28, 2026, The Steptoe Coffee Club for Women in Law hosted a virtual fireside chat with Catherine Razzano, Head of Global Ethics and Compliance, Palo Alto Networks, in conversation with Kate Shrout, Executive Director, Deputy Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, Synopsys. Partner Cáitrín McKiernan and of counsel Lindsay Arrieta facilitated the event. The monthly club brings together legal luminaries for fireside chats before intentionally small audiences of in-house counsel.
