Overview
Event Details
On December 9, a coalition of state attorneys general put the AI industry on notice that the states were mobilized to put new scrutiny on artificial intelligence. And then on December 11, President Trump signed a new executive order establishing a task force to create a "national policy framework" for artificial intelligence, signaling the start of a significant federal-state showdown as it relates to AI governance.
Join us on Wednesday, January 7, for a complimentary webinar and debate of who really holds the power to govern AI. During this CLE-eligible program, we’ll review the constitutional mechanisms at play, discuss potential and emerging federal challenges to state AI laws, and detail the impact of the executive order and these challenges to help you and your business navigate the complex patchwork of AI compliance.
