His work focuses on high-value, complex, cross-border disputes and frequently involves the coordination of multiple proceedings, arbitrations and investigations. Dylan regularly advises clients on complex issues of asset tracing, asset recovery, enforcement, freezing orders and jurisdiction.

Representative Matters
- Coordinated the legal response of an UHNW individual against numerous international civil and criminal claims / extradition proceedings.
- Represented an UHNW individual and related investment vehicles in LCIA proceedings and connected offshore litigation in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands arising out of claims of unlawful means conspiracy.
- Advised an international client on the Canadian aspects of an estates dispute.
- Represented a leaseholder against a prominent commercial lender in the first arbitration under the Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Act 2022.
- Advised a leading global manufacturer of commercial aircraft on the English law consequences of foreign proceedings.
- Represented a professional investor in the enforcement of claims against an international financial institution with assets in the United Kingdom.
- Represented the trustee in bankruptcy in multiple High Court claims against the bankrupt financial institution's former president.
- Represented a Ukrainian bank in a £100 million multi-jurisdictional fraud claim against former owners including defending a worldwide freezing order against a jurisdictional challenge.
- Represented the plaintiff in a complex, multi-party $20 million fraud claim arising from a systematic fraud on the factoring industry carried out by the 'Ndrangheta.
- Represented the administrator of a development company to pursue professional negligence claims totaling £6 million arising from a failed residential development.
- Advised the in-house counsel of a global advertising marketplace during a disinformation campaign by a rival advertising exchange.
- Represented individual and corporate clients in claims regarding fraud, defamation, contractual disputes, estates litigation, and shareholder disputes at all levels of court in Ontario, Canada as a barrister and solicitor.
- Assisted numerous pro bono clients and provided consultations through the Citizens Advice and Law Centre at the Royal Courts of Justice.
