Overview
Jensen Matsuda's practice focuses on complex commercial disputes both in litigation and arbitration. Jensen has experience managing discovery, handling fact development and analysis, preparing for and taking depositions, researching complex legal issues, and all manner of motion practice. She also represents railroads in proceedings before the Surface Transportation Board.
Jensen maintains an active pro bono practice. Her recent pro bono work includes representing tenants in a civil action against their landlords.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Jensen served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert Okun of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, where she was responsible for managing a trial-intensive felony docket, drafting judicial orders, preparing bench memoranda, and analyzing legal issues.
