Overview
Kaitlyn Sever focuses her practice on complex commercial and cross-border disputes, representing clients in federal and state court and international and domestic arbitration proceedings. She has experience with transnational litigation issues ranging from international service of process to judgment enforcement. Kaitlyn has litigated a broad range of matters, including contract, tort, and fiduciary duty claims, for both plaintiffs and defendants across industries such as technology, retail, sports, and transportation.
Kaitlyn maintains an active pro bono practice, with experience in anti-discrimination, education, privacy, and immigration issues. She previously served as an extern to the Honorable Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
