Overview
John Geilman focuses his practice on commercial litigation and white-collar criminal defense and investigations.
While in law school, John interned for the school’s Office of General Counsel. Following graduation, John clerked for Chief Judge David Nye of the District of Idaho and worked on a variety of civil and criminal matters, including contract disputes, administrative law, insurance claims, and Section 1983 cases.
During his time at a previous international law firm, John practiced environmental and natural resources law, including environmental litigation, regulatory compliance, permitting, and transactional support.
