Overview
Erin Rausch focuses her practice on government litigation, handling complex matters in both federal and state courts. As a Pro Bono Fellow, she is deeply committed to public service, regularly representing clients in immigration matters, post-conviction proceedings, appellate litigation, and other areas.
During her time at the Center for Health Care and Policy Research at Penn State, Erin helped research and analyze settlement structures in national opioid litigation, where she examined the role of multidistrict litigation in shaping major settlements.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Erin worked as a Senior Legal Writing Specialist supporting immigration law matters, successfully overturning numerous challenges from US immigration authorities through rigorous evidence analysis and persuasive legal drafting. Erin’s work reflects a commitment to public service and pro bono advocacy, as well as strong expertise in navigating complex government disputes.
