Overview
Kylie Clouse focuses her practice in complex commercial disputes. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including fact development, written discovery, legal analysis, briefing, and management of expert witnesses for trial.
While in law school, Kylie served as a judicial intern for Judge James Patrick Hanlon in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the Honorable Marla Graff Decker, Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
Kylie was selected to be one of Steptoe's inaugural Pro Bono Fellows. In this role, she maintains a robust pro bono practice, covering a wide range of litigation matters involving voting rights, immigration, and fair housing issues.
