Overview
Raul Rojo focuses his practice on consumer litigation and regulatory enforcement, with experience spanning all stages of complex investigations and civil litigation. Raul brings a unique blend of government and courtroom experience, having served as an attorney at the Enforcement Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and as a prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
At the FCC's Enforcement Bureau, Raul led high-profile investigations involving telecommunications fraud, unlawful telemarketing, and the misuse of artificial intelligence technologies. He served as lead counsel in cases brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Truth in Caller ID Act, and TRACED Act, and frequently collaborated with numerous federal agencies and state Attorneys General on consumer protection enforcement matters.
