Overview
Sadaf Misbah is an intellectual property lawyer and litigates across a variety of technical fields. Sadaf has represented clients on litigations involving patent infringement, trademark disputes, and unfair competition matters in federal district courts, and the United States Patent and Trademark office. She has experience in all phases of IP litigation, including pleadings, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, trial preparation, trial, and pretrial and posttrial motions. Sadaf leverages her technical background to help clients in various fields of technology, including biotechnology, medical devices, computing and electronics, and consumer goods.
Earlier in her career, Sadaf clerked for the Cook County Public Defender’s Office.
