Overview
Steven Kaplan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, and judgment enforcement matters. He also has experience representing clients before government agencies and in investigations. Steven has assisted clients with all phases of pretrial civil litigation, including written discovery, motion practice, witness preparation, and depositions.
Steven also maintains an active pro bono practice. Key recent matters include the prosecution of employment discrimination and retaliation claims on behalf of a firm client against the Department of State. In law school, Steven served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Heidi M. Pasichow at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
