Overview
The House of Lords, the upper house of the UK Parliament, has released the findings of its coordinated series of inquiries analyzing the EU-UK Trade Cooperation Agreement (TCA) and its implications for the future of UK-EU relations. Steptoe London partner and Brexit task force member Christophe Bondy, who was one of the witnesses who provided evidence to the parliamentarians, is cited throughout the report on his assessment of the potential future issues for the supply chain arising under the TCA, including regulatory divergence, rules or origin, diagonal cumulation.
