On March 18, the Senate passed, by a vote of 90-8, the House's version of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act on which we previously reported. The bill was signed by the President later that day.
The Senate did not pass any amendments to the House bill, so our previous analysis of the Families First legislation (the original bill and the resolution) remain the same.

We anticipate a third relief package within days and will issue further alerts as that legislation develops.
