Overview
Daniel’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, primarily in the consumer financial services sector. He has experience litigating in state and federal courts, and in individual and mass arbitrations across all stages of litigation.
Daniel’s experience includes representing major financial services companies in matters involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and Truth in Lending Act, as well as various state unfair competition, false advertising and consumer privacy laws.
Prior to his legal career, Daniel served in the United States Marine Corps as a counterintelligence specialist. Here, he held a Top Secret/SCI clearance and worked in small teams to execute sensitive and classified operations supporting both combat and non-combat operations in Iraq and Asia.
