Overview
Domniki advises clients on EU and UK Competition and Regulatory Law matters. In particular, Domniki works on antitrust cases (enforcement practice and litigation before the Court of Justice of the European Union) and state aid compliance on energy investment plans. She also works on self-assessments and advice on distribution strategies including the application of block exemptions (such as the Vertical Block Exemption Regulation). She has also experience in specific market access issues associated with the Digital Markets (DSA and DMA), energy and telecoms.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Domniki worked in the in-house department of PPC S.A., one of the largest energy companies in Greece. She advised on antitrust matters, and contributed to the company's decarbonization process, including issues related to energy market liberalization, and renewable energy integration.
