Overview
Jeremy Glen practices in the commercial litigation group, representing individuals and corporations in complex commercial cases, ranging from breach of contract claims to intellectual property disputes. He has also represented primary and excess insurance carriers in a variety of matters, including those arising out of environmental pollution, natural disasters, and the recent spate of football concussion suits. Jeremy’s practice encompasses all stages of trial and appellate litigation, from managing large-scale discovery to drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs.
Jeremy is also heavily involved in Steptoe’s pro bono practice. Highlights of his pro bono work include arguing an immigration case at the Third Circuit and serving for six months as Steptoe’s loaned associate to the Legal Aid Society of DC. While at Legal Aid, Jeremy represented survivors of domestic violence in civil protection and child custody cases at the DC Superior Court. In that capacity he had primary responsibility for more than a dozen cases, first-chaired multiple trials and motions hearings, coordinated extensive document production, and conducted party depositions.
