Overview
Jeremy Glen is a seasoned litigator in Steptoe's Commercial Trials and Litigation group, representing clients across a broad range of industries, including financial services, real estate, insurance, energy, and technology. His practice encompasses all stages of trial and appellate litigation–from initial pleadings and dispositive motions through trial and appeals–in state and federal courts nationwide, as well as before arbitral tribunals.
Jeremy regularly handles high-stakes commercial disputes involving complex contract claims and related torts, as well as trade secret and intellectual property matters. He also has significant experience representing primary and excess insurance carriers in a wide range of cases, including coverage disputes arising from natural disasters, False Claims Act investigations, and claims brought under the Alien Tort Statute.
A dedicated advocate for access to justice, Jeremy maintains a deep commitment to pro bono work. Through Steptoe's robust pro bono program, he has argued before the Third Circuit on behalf of an immigration client and represented survivors of domestic violence in dozens of civil protection and child custody proceedings in DC Superior Court, during a rotation with the Legal Aid Society of DC.
