Overview
Madeline focuses her practice on both antitrust and telecommunications matters. She advises clients on compliance with US merger control laws, antitrust risk in M&A transactions, regulatory review of mergers and acquisitions, antitrust litigation, government investigations into anticompetitive conduct, and implementation of antitrust best practices.
Prior to joining the firm, Madeline served as a law clerk at DISH Network where she assisted in all phases of commercial and technology transactions, including software licensing, purchase and services agreements, consulting agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
Madeline is also active in her pro bono work. She is a part of a trial team defending a medical professional against claims brought under the Criminal Justice Act. Additionally, she drafts life planning documents for elderly clients.
Madeline received her J.D. from University of Colorado Law School and her B.A. summa cum laude in Sociology & International Affairs from Gettysburg College.
