Overview
Natty Brower focuses his practice on counseling electric utilities and other market participants facing sensitive inquiries and enforcement investigations as a member of the firm's Energy Group.
An experienced litigator, Natty re-joins the firm after serving as an Assistant US Attorney in the US Attorneys' Office in Washington, DC, where he investigated and prosecuted violent crime, including as lead trial counsel in six felony jury trials. Natty also led several complex investigations with law enforcement partners.
During his prior experience in Steptoe's Litigation Department and Antitrust & Competition Group, Natty served on trial teams in both civil and criminal litigation in federal court. He has represented clients in white-collar criminal matters and internal investigations, as well as commercial disputes. Natty has experience with a variety of industries, including consumer electronics, property insurance, and financial services. Natty also has worked with economic and forensic accounting experts involving the analysis of accounting and financial data.
