- Led successful advocacy efforts to reverse a Department of Commerce Antidumping and Countervailing Duty decision, saving the client millions of dollars and leading directly to the retention of tens of U.S. jobs.
- Helped a client secure three Section 301 tariff exclusions, ultimately saving the company nearly $100 million. 96 percent of exclusion applications were rejected.
